* Introduction to wine and talk on varieties
* Introduction to wine bottling and what is involved
* Story on particular wine being bottled and where it came from
* Bottling
* Choice of label for bottle
* 12 bottles of wine personally labelled per couple. Extra bottles
range from $22-$30 per bottle. Finish 7PM
Bottling conducted in themed area.
Bottling includes cheese & biscuits platter, chips & dips,

2 Nights Weekend Stay
for 2 Persons
Arrive after 2PM, includes:
* Continental or traditional breakfast, afternoon tea
* All amenities as per web site
* Introduction to the barn and use of facilities till 10PM (Dinner
not provided)
* Following morning option of tickets to one of Puffing Billy Railway, Bimbimbi
Animal farm, Trout Fishing Complex(not included in package price)
* Approx. 3PM start in Barn
